Welcome to paylinea. These terms govern your use of our app and services, provided by Mabintech LLC. By using paylinea, you agree to these terms.

1. What paylinea does

paylinea helps you:

  • Connect and monitor your bank accounts
  • Track bills and recurring payments
  • See what's safe to spend
  • Get reminders before bills are due
  • Understand your spending patterns

We use Plaid to securely connect to your financial accounts. By using paylinea, you authorize this connection.

2. Your account

To use paylinea, you need to:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate information
  • Keep your password secure
  • Let us know if someone accesses your account without permission

3. About the information we show

We work hard to give you accurate information, but please understand:

  • Financial data comes from your banks via Plaid, so it may occasionally be delayed or incomplete
  • Bill detection and categorization aren't perfect
  • "Safe to Spend" and predictions are estimates based on available data
  • This isn't financial advice. Please consult a professional for important decisions

4. What we ask of you

Please don't:

  • Use paylinea for anything illegal
  • Try to access other people's accounts
  • Interfere with how the app works
  • Share your account with others
  • Copy or reverse-engineer the app

5. Intellectual property

paylinea, including its design, features, and content, belongs to Mabintech LLC. Please don't copy or redistribute any part of it without permission.

6. Disclaimers

paylinea is provided "as is." We can't guarantee it will be perfect, always available, or free of errors. We're not responsible for financial decisions you make based on the app.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, Mabintech LLC isn't liable for indirect damages or financial losses from using paylinea. Our total liability is limited to what you've paid us in the past 12 months, or $100, whichever is more.

8. Closing your account

You can delete your account anytime through the app or by contacting us. We may also close accounts that violate these terms.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If we make significant changes, we'll let you know through the app. Continued use means you accept the new terms.

10. Legal stuff

These terms are governed by Maryland law. Disputes will be resolved through arbitration, except for intellectual property matters which may go to court.
